When Refunds May Be Issued:

• Technical or operational issues on Obliqua’s side make delivery impossible

Definition of Delivery
Delivery is considered completed when the website is provided through:

• design file
• website access
• platform transfer
Completion of delivery within the agreed scope constitutes fulfillment of Obliqua’s contractual obligation.

Client Communication Requirement
Clients agree to attempt resolution through direct written communication before initiating any payment dispute.
Obliqua is committed to resolving reasonable concerns through revisions within the agreed scope.

Chargeback Policy
Initiating a PayPal dispute or chargeback without first attempting direct resolution may be considered a breach of these Terms.
In the event of a chargeback, Obliqua reserves the right to provide documentation including:

• communication records
• delivery evidence
to the payment processor as proof of service fulfillment.

Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method within 7 business days.
Unresponsive Clients
If the client becomes unresponsive for 14 consecutive calendar days, the project will be considered completed and closed, and no refund will be issued.
Pricing reflects intellectual property, structured methodology, and accelerated production - not hourly labor.
