Terms of Service

Last updated: March 7, 2026

By purchasing the Structured SaaS Website service from Obliqua (“Company”, “we”, “us”), you agree to the following Terms.

1. Service Overview

Obliqua provides a Structured SaaS Website build service designed for B2B and SaaS companies.
The service includes the creation of a conversion-focused SaaS website structure and design, built using Obliqua’s internal framework.

The current offer includes:
• 1 structured SaaS website

• up to 5 pages

• approximately 7 business days production time

All services are delivered digitally.
No physical products are provided.

2.  Structured Build Process

Obliqua websites are built using a structured framework optimized for SaaS marketing clarity and conversion flow.
This process is not a fully custom exploratory design project.

The workflow is designed to provide:
• clear structure

• fast production

• predictable delivery timelines

Clients acknowledge that the website is created within this structured system.

3. Brief-Based Workflow

The Obliqua process is brief-driven.

Before production begins, the client must submit a completed project brief including:
• product description

• target audience

• core messaging

• brand assets

• available content

Obliqua relies on the information provided in the brief to build the website structure.
The company is not responsible for inaccuracies or missing information submitted by the client.

4. Project Start Conditions

Production begins only after:
• full payment is received

• the completed brief is submitted

• required materials are provided

Required materials may include:
• logos

• product screenshots

• brand assets

Delays in submitting materials will extend the timeline.

5. Delivery Timeline

The website is built within approximately 7 business days.
This timeline refers to production time only.

It does not include:
• client response delays

• revision cycles

• delays in receiving materials

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Business hours follow Eastern Time (ET).

6. Delivery

Initial delivery is typically provided via preview link.

Final transfer may require access to:
• hosting platform

• CMS

• domain environment

Transfer timelines begin once access is provided.
Obliqua is not responsible for delays caused by missing platform access.

7. Revisions

The service includes reasonable revisions necessary to finalize the structured website build.

Revisions may include:
• layout adjustments

• visual refinements

• content placement changes

Revisions do not include:
• complete redesigns

• structural changes to the framework

• additional pages beyond the included scope

• new feature requests

Requests that significantly alter the project scope may require a separate agreement.

If no revision request is submitted within 7 calendar days, the project will be considered accepted.
If the client becomes unresponsive for 14 calendar days, the project will be considered completed.

8. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:
• provide accurate information

• submit required materials on time

• communicate feedback within reasonable time

Delays in communication may extend project timelines.

9. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment and final delivery, the client receives full usage rights to the delivered website assets.
Obliqua retains the right to display completed projects in:
• portfolio

• marketing materials

• case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. No Performance Guarantees

Obliqua provides website structure and design services.

While the framework is designed to support SaaS marketing clarity, the company does not guarantee:
• revenue results

• lead generation outcomes

• marketing performance

• investor funding

Business results depend on factors outside Obliqua’s control.

11. Post-Delivery Responsibility

After final delivery and access transfer, the client assumes responsibility for:
• hosting

• platform maintenance

• integrations

• marketing implementation

• content updates

Additional assistance after delivery may be provided as a separate paid engagement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Obliqua shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the delivered website.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through direct communication before formal legal action is pursued.
Termination Clause
Obliqua reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if the client violates these Terms.
Force Majeure
Obliqua shall not be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.
Independent Contractor Clause
Obliqua operates as an independent service provider.
